1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
3. Lead and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service.
6. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.

1. Proven successful experience as a retail manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a high volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
3. Strong leadership and business acumen.
4. Excellent client management skills.

3. Ability to attract, identify, and inspire employees.
4. Flexible availability for retail schedule.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand/walk the sales floor for entire shifts.

Minimum of 3 years managing a high volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range is $91,300.00 - $103,000.00, with eligibility for bonuses.
