1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience and efficient workflow.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance store profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve and exceed sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development with ongoing feedback.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service and effective complaint resolution.
6. Maintain store standards and visual merchandising excellence.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold brand standards.
8. Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and optimal resource allocation.

1. Proven successful experience as a retail manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range is $76,100.00 - $88,500.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
