1. Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a seamless client experience and driving sales.

4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service.
6. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Manage inventory levels and allocate resources effectively.

1. Proven successful experience as a retail manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
3. Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The annual base salary range for this position is $84,500.00 - $107,375.00, with potential bonuses based on performance.
