1. Ensure the achievement of the store's economic performance, including budget and target attainment.
2. Coordinate commercial and organizational activities within the store, such as events, new launches, and CRM campaigns.
3. Manage the store's financial account, including inventory discrepancies, operational costs, and personnel expenses, while proposing strategies to optimize costs.
4. Analyze and drive customer behavior KPIs, including foot traffic, average transaction value, and items per transaction.
5. Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels in alignment with replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
6. Implement company procedures and commercial policies as set by central services.
7. Lead and manage Sephora Specialists, fostering a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
8. Collaborate with the Area Manager and HR department to design tailored internal growth paths.

1. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within dynamic multinational retail environments.
