1. Create exceptional customer experiences by focusing on client service and collaboration.

3. Develop sales and budget strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
4. Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.

7. Provide coaching and development to help team members grow.

1. Previous retail management experience in a store with equivalent sales volume.
2. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Adherence to Sephora's dress code and policies.

1. Strong organizational, analytical, and management skills.
2. Excellent communication and emotional intelligence.
3. Ability to motivate and coach teams on the sales floor.
4. Proficiency in identifying and inspiring talent.

Previous retail management experience in a comparable sales volume environment is required.

The annual base salary range for this position is $95,800.00 - $111,483.00, with potential bonuses based on performance and other factors.
