Sephora Store Manager

- Lead a team of Beauty Advisors, Studio Artists, and Department Managers to embody Sephora's values and empower clients.
- Drive a selling culture to meet KPIs and promote Sephora’s values.
- Enhance team performance and develop internal talent.
- Utilize data to support operational decisions in collaboration with the district manager and director of stores.
- Implement a continuous improvement mentality within the team.
- Energize the team to deliver first-class customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Create amazing customer experiences to build brand loyalty.
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including brand events, training, and visual merchandising.
- Develop sales and budget strategies, manage profit and loss, and monitor stock levels.
- Maintain a strong and positive culture through feedback, career development, and recognition.
- Monitor KPIs and help attract, recruit, and develop store talent.
- Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience.
- Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
- Hands-on leadership style with a focus on team motivation and success.
- Ability to attract, identify, and inspire talented employees.
- Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, before/after store hours, and evenings.

Minimum of 3 years in retail management, preferably in a big box or multi-site environment.
