1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure an efficient and high-quality client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and handle client complaints effectively.
6. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Manage inventory levels and allocate resources efficiently.

1. Proven successful experience as a retail manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume retail or hospitality setting.
3. Strong leadership and business acumen.
4. Excellent client management and organizational skills.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to attract, inspire, and develop employees.
3. Flexible availability to work a retail schedule.
4. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for entire shifts.

3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $72,000.00 - $100,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
