Sephora Store Manager

- Lead and inspire a team of Beauty Advisors, Studio Artists, and Department Managers to embody Sephora's values.
- Drive a customer-centric culture to achieve key performance indicators and promote brand values.
- Enhance team performance and develop internal talent through strategic coaching and feedback.
- Utilize data analytics to inform operational decisions in collaboration with the district manager and director of stores.
- Foster a continuous improvement mindset within the team and collaborate with the wider organization.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including brand events, training, and visual merchandising.
- Develop and implement sales and budget strategies to maximize profitability.
- Maintain a positive store culture that values recognition and career development.
- Monitor key performance indicators to drive business performance and achieve company vision.
- Retail management experience in a big box or multi-site environment.
- Passion for client service and experiential retail.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
- Hands-on leadership style with a focus on team motivation and coaching.
- Ability to attract and inspire talented employees.
- Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and during peak trading times.

Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a big box or multi-site environment.
Base salary plus superannuation and bonus.
