1. Lead and inspire a team of Beauty Advisors, Studio Artists, and Department Managers to embody Sephora's values.
2. Drive a customer-centric culture to achieve key performance indicators and promote brand values.
3. Enhance team performance and develop internal talent through strategic coaching and feedback.
4. Utilize data analytics to inform operational decisions in collaboration with the district manager and director of stores.
5. Foster a continuous improvement mindset within the team and collaborate with the wider organization.
6. Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
7. Manage day-to-day store operations, including brand events, training, and visual merchandising.
8. Develop and implement sales and budget strategies to maximize profitability.
9. Maintain a positive store culture that values recognition and career development.
10. Monitor key performance indicators to drive business performance and achieve company vision.

1. Retail management experience in a big box or multi-site environment.
2. Passion for client service and experiential retail.

Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a big box or multi-site environment.

Base salary plus superannuation and bonus.
