1. Lead and inspire a team of Beauty Advisors, Studio Artists, and Department Managers to embody Sephora's values.
2. Drive a selling culture to meet key performance indicators and promote Sephora's values.
3. Enhance team performance and support the development of internal talent.
4. Utilize data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with the district manager and director of stores.
5. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and partnership within the team.
6. Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
7. Manage day-to-day store operations, including brand events, training, and visual merchandising.
8. Develop sales and budget strategies to maximize profitability.
9. Maintain a strong and positive store culture through feedback, coaching, and recognition.
10. Monitor KPIs and contribute to talent attraction, recruitment, and development.

1. Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience.
2. Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.
3. Strong organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
4. Hands-on leadership style with a focus on sales floor engagement.
5. Ability to attract, identify, and inspire talented employees.
6. Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
7. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and during peak trading times.

$79,000 + Superannuation + Bonus
