1. Lead and inspire the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
2. Utilize Sephora's tools and data to measure KPIs and develop action plans to enhance client service.
3. Develop and implement sales and budget strategies to maximize store profitability.
4. Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
5. Foster a culture of passion, innovation, and teamwork in alignment with Sephora's values.
6. Provide coaching and development to team members to help them grow and succeed.

1. Previous retail management experience in a store with equivalent sales volume.
2. Strong organizational, analytical, and management skills.
3. Experience as a hands-on leader with a passion for client service.
4. Ability to attract, identify, and inspire employees.

1. Strong emotional intelligence and resilience.
2. Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
3. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for entire shifts.

Previous experience in retail management, particularly in a high-volume store environment.

Annual base salary range of $83,700.00 - $97,375.00, with potential bonuses based on performance.
