Sephora Store Manager

- Ensure the achievement of the store's economic performance, including budget and target attainment.
- Coordinate commercial and organizational activities such as animations, events, new launches, and CRM campaigns.
- Manage the store's financials, including inventory discrepancies, management costs, and personnel expenses, while proposing strategies to optimize costs.
- Analyze and drive customer behavior KPIs, including foot traffic, average transaction value, and items per transaction.
- Oversee inventory management, maintaining appropriate stock levels in line with replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
- Implement company procedures and commercial policies as set by central services, including regulations, safety procedures, pricing, promotions, and communication.
- Lead and manage Sephora Specialists (Department Managers) to enhance customer engagement and floor animation.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager and HR department to design tailored internal growth pathways.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within dynamic multinational retail environments.
- Proficiency in key retail KPIs, budget management, and daily analysis and reporting.
- Strong results orientation and problem-solving skills.
- High aptitude for managing a complex and large team, fostering a collaborative team spirit.
