1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability.
3. Lead and motivate a team of associates to meet sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and handle client complaints.
6. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Manage inventory levels and allocate resources efficiently.

1. Proven experience as a retail manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing high-volume retail or hospitality settings.

2. Excellent client management and organizational skills.
3. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Ability to attract, inspire, and develop employees.

3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range is $73,000.00 - $92,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
