Sephora Store Manager

1. Oversee store operations and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
2. Lead and manage a team, fostering a dynamic and engaging work environment.
3. Implement and monitor KPIs to drive store performance.
4. Participate in the expansion project of the retail network.
5. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
2. Proven track record in retail or cosmetics industry.
3. Proficiency in KPI management and sales orientation.

1. Strong leadership and motivational skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in English and/or other languages is desirable.

A minimum of 1 year in a managerial role within the retail or cosmetics sector is required.
