- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales and increase profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Proven successful experience as a retail manager.
- 3-5 years of experience managing a high volume, complex retail, or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
- Client management skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in a fragrance-filled environment.

The annual base salary range for this position is $66,560.00 - $90,875.00. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
