1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and handle client complaints.
6. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Manage inventory levels and allocate resources effectively.

1. Proven experience as a successful retail manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume retail or hospitality setting.
3. Strong leadership and business acumen.
4. Excellent client management skills.

3. Ability to attract and inspire employees.
4. Flexibility to work a retail schedule.

3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $91,300.00 - $106,210.00. Eligibility for bonuses is also available.
