1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service.
6. Handle client complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
7. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
9. Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
10. Allocate resources and manage staffing to optimize productivity.

1. Proven successful experience as a retail manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
3. Strong leadership skills and business acumen.

The annual base salary range for this position is $83,700.00 - $97,375.00, with potential bonuses based on performance.
