Sephora Store Manager

- Lead and manage the customer journey and operational services within the store.
- Develop and implement store service plans to maximize sales and KPIs.
- Provide coaching and training to the team to meet commercial and operational KPIs.
- Ensure effective floor management and motivate the team to enhance client experience.
- Analyze customer satisfaction and propose action plans for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Supervisor to offer Beauty Services and maximize client satisfaction.
- Support the Area Manager in analyzing results and proposing action plans.
- Motivate and develop the team through coaching, feedback, and training.
- Recruit and develop talents, ensuring succession plans are in place.
- Drive sales targets and reinforce sales policies and techniques.
- Ensure compliance with store operations policies and procedures.
- Monitor stock availability and propose podium orders.
- Support the Area Manager with market knowledge and develop strategies to drive sales.
- Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays.
- Stay updated on trends and products, and mentor the team.
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced product knowledge
- Intermediate knowledge of health and safety procedures
- Proven success in store management
- Advanced English proficiency
- Arabic language skills are a plus
Minimum 5 years of experience in store management.
