Sephora Store Manager
Sephora, a division of the LVMH – Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton conglomerate, stands as a global leader in beauty retailing. As part of its rapid expansion, Sephora Malaysia is seeking a Store Manager for its Suria KLCC location.
- Take full ownership of the store and its commercial success.
- Forecast and analyze sales data to drive store results.
- Address improvement areas and drive continuous improvements in sales, productivity, and profitability.
- Share best practices to enhance district store performance.
- Utilize client service reporting to monitor and improve service levels.
- Monitor and communicate sales results to staff and headquarters.
- Escalate issues to Senior Manager, Retail, or Area Manager as needed.
- Lead and develop store team members, ensuring adherence to HR policies.
- Schedule staff to optimize customer service and sales.
- Manage recruitment and training of store team members.
- Ensure execution of Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.
- Maintain legal and financial integrity of the store.
- Manage store operations efficiently according to policies and procedures.
- Ensure merchandise deliveries are processed promptly.
- Lead loss prevention policies and maintain a safe shopping environment.
- Model excellent customer service and drive a service-oriented culture.
- Minimum secondary school education, advanced diploma or University degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in a beauty/fashion retail environment.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Store Manager managing a team of 20 or more.
- Intermediate selling experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of products, retail, and industry.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive sales and improve store performance.
