- Take full ownership of the store and its commercial success.
- Forecast and analyze sales data to drive store results.
- Drive continuous improvements in sales, productivity, and profitability.
- Share best practices to enhance district store performance.
- Monitor service levels and address areas of opportunity.
- Manage recruitment and training of store team members.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
- Set clear expectations and provide feedback to team members.
- Ensure execution of Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.
- Manage store operations systematically and efficiently.
- Process merchandise deliveries promptly.
- Lead and implement loss prevention policies.
- Model excellent customer service and drive a service culture.
- Minimum secondary school education, advanced diploma or University degree preferred.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in a beauty/fashion retail environment.
- 3 years of experience as a Store Manager managing a team of at least 20 members.
- Intermediate selling experience.
- Comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
- Advanced MS Office proficiency.
5 to 8 years in a beauty/fashion customer and commercial-focused retail environment, with at least 3 years as a Store Manager.
Minimum secondary school education, advanced diploma or University degree preferred.
