- Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless and elevated client experience, driving sales and profitability.
- Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering growth, accountability, and exceeding performance goals.
- Attract, recruit, and onboard exceptional talent, building an inclusive team that embodies Sephora’s values.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide real-time feedback and mentorship to support team members' career journeys.
- Foster a spirit of continuous learning through coaching, open dialogue, and providing resources for professional development.
- Consistently deliver outstanding service, resolve concerns, and drive engagement through loyalty programs and personalized experiences.
- Maintain a visually inspiring and immaculate store environment, ensuring compliance with all policies and brand guidelines.
- Optimize inventory and staffing resources, adapting to shifting priorities within a dynamic retail landscape.
- Demonstrated success in high-volume, complex retail or hospitality environments.
- Ability to set strategic direction and execute business plans to achieve targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, inspire, and develop top talent.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at managing conflict and facilitating discussions.

Minimum of 5 years in a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality environment.
The annual base salary range for this position is $83,700.00 - $97,375.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
