1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience and drive sales.
2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance store sales and profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to meet or exceed sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and handle client complaints.
6. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
8. Manage inventory levels and allocate resources effectively.

1. Proven successful experience as a retail manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience managing a high volume, complex retail, or hospitality setting.
3. Strong leadership skills and business acumen.

3-5 years of experience in managing a high volume, complex retail, or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $78,000.00 - $100,500.00. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
