Sephora Store Manager

- Drive sales performance to achieve overall sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity.
- Manage the store P&L with the Retail Manager to maintain optimal sales operations expenses.
- Communicate store sales plan objectives to the team with enthusiasm and strategic insights.
- Ensure the team is updated with key business initiatives such as marketing, CRM, and product launches.
- Analyze monthly store performance and propose strategies to optimize sales.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships to achieve CRM KPIs.
- Manage and resolve customer feedback and complaints in collaboration with other teams.
- Align with GM/Retail Manager on objectives and engage the team in achieving goals.
- Plan and organize store roster according to daily traffic and sales trends.
- Collaborate with HR to attract and recruit talent into Sephora.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching feedback to the team.
- Manage stock levels and ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with LVMH/Sephora audit processes and make continuous improvements.
- 5-7 years of experience in store operations, with at least 3 years managing a sizable team.
- Proven track record in driving sales and profitability.
- Strong influencing and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to motivate staff and network locally and regionally.
- Excellent client service skills.

- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Emotional intelligence and effective communication skills.
- Flexibility to work on weekends.
5-7 years of experience in store operations, including 3 years in a managerial role in a high-paced environment.
