Sephora Store Manager

- Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless and elevated client experience, driving sales and profitability.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering growth, accountability, and exceeding performance goals.
- Recruit, onboard, and cultivate top talent, building an inclusive team that embodies Sephora’s values.
- Conduct impactful performance appraisals and provide real-time feedback and mentorship.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development through coaching and open dialogue.
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining a visually inspiring store environment and compliance with all policies.
- Optimize inventory and staffing resources to drive growth and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Proven success in high-volume, complex retail or hospitality environments.
- Demonstrated ability to set strategic direction and execute business plans.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, inspire, and develop talent.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adept at managing conflict and facilitating complex discussions.
- Strong business acumen and visionary leadership skills.
Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role within high-volume retail or hospitality environments.
The annual base salary range for this position is $91,300.00 - $106,210.00, with eligibility for bonuses.
