1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service.
6. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.

1. Proven successful experience as a retail manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
3. Strong leadership and business acumen.
4. Excellent client management and organizational skills.

3. Flexibility to work a retail schedule.
4. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role within a high-volume retail or hospitality environment.

The annual base salary range is $91,300.00 - $106,210.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
