1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service.
6. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Manage inventory levels and allocate resources effectively.

1. Proven successful experience as a retail manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

1. Strong leadership and business acumen.
2. Excellent client management and organizational skills.
3. Superior communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Ability to inspire and develop employees.

A minimum of 3 years of experience managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting is required.

The annual base salary ranges from $76,100 to $88,540, with potential for bonuses based on performance.
