Sephora Store Manager

- Manage customer service, team development, sales, productivity, merchandising, operations, and human resources.
- Establish sales and staffing forecasts with the regional director to improve store results.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales results and communicate them to the team.
- Manage and measure the effectiveness of business strategies.
- Achieve sales and operating profit objectives while controlling expenses.
- Develop strategies to increase business activities using customer loyalty programs, events, product knowledge, and services.
- Maintain optimal staffing levels to provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Recruit, interview, and hire candidates for all positions as needed.
- Train, coach, and supervise assistant managers and supervisors, delegating tasks and motivating them to enhance leadership and business skills.
- Ensure a coaching culture where team members receive timely feedback and development plans.
- Conduct timely inventories and maintain inventory records.
- Communicate inventory issues to the district manager and key stakeholders.
- Make strategic and innovative merchandising decisions in line with Sephora's concepts.
- 5 years of management experience in retail or service sectors.
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, and hiring across stores, including leadership roles.
- Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and demonstrate courage in management.
- Capability to analyze sales trends and respond appropriately.
- Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
