1. Create exceptional customer experiences by focusing on client service and collaboration.
2. Utilize Sephora's tools and data to measure KPIs and propose action plans for improvement.
3. Develop sales and budget strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
4. Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.

6. Provide coaching and development to help team members grow.

1. Previous retail management experience in a store with equivalent sales volume.

2. Strong organizational, analytical, and management skills.
3. Hands-on leadership style with a focus on motivating and coaching teams.
4. Ability to attract, identify, and inspire employees.
5. Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
6. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Previous retail management experience in a store with equivalent sales volume is required.

Annual base salary ranging from $94,000 to $123,250, dependent on qualifications and experience. Eligibility for bonuses.
