Sephora Store Manager

- Manage, develop, and coach the store team, including conducting career and employee appraisals.
- Act as a role model in embodying the Sephora Attitude and instilling the Sephora DNA.
- Assume full responsibility for achieving monthly and annual sales targets, including year-on-year sales growth.
- Analyze retail figures and derive sales activities to continuously enhance store performance.
- Ensure flawless visual merchandising standards, including timely implementation of updates and animations.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure the team maintains a customer-focused approach.
- Oversee the proper opening and closing of the store, including cash register management.
- Manage goods from receipt to storage, including write-offs, returns, and tester management.
- Completed studies or training, ideally in retail.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in retail, preferably in the beauty sector.
- Previous management and team leadership experience with an empathetic management style.
- Strong analytical and commercial working methods.
- Hands-on mentality with a strong presence on the floor.
- Basic knowledge of SAP and Excel.
- Proficiency in English or the native language of the country.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, with a preference for the beauty sector.
Completed studies or training, ideally in retail.
A salary adapted to the market with a monthly bonus based on sales targets.
