1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service.
6. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Manage inventory levels and allocate resources effectively.

1. Proven experience as a successful retail manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
3. Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
4. Excellent client management and organizational skills.

2. Ability to attract, identify, and inspire employees.
3. Flexible availability to accommodate a retail schedule.
4. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and stand/walk for entire shifts.

3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $83,700.00 - $97,375.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
