Sephora Store Manager

- Manage, develop, and coach Assistant Managers and employees, conducting career and employee appraisals.
- Ensure the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets, including year-on-year sales growth.
- Analyze retail key figures and derive sales activities to enhance store performance.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards and timely implementation of updates and animations.
- Create and communicate recaps and reports to internal interfaces.
- Ensure excellent customer service and evaluate customer feedback to improve service.
- Create staff schedules and coordinate employees on the store floor.
- Implement inventories to ensure optimum availability of goods.
- Oversee goods management, from receipt to proper storage, write-offs, returns, and tester management.
- Ensure the proper opening and closing of the store, including cash register closing.
- Participate in retail projects in cooperation with Area Managers.
- Completed studies or training, ideally in retail.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in retail, preferably in the beauty sector.
- Previous management and team leadership experience with an emphatic management style.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Customer-focused and business-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and delegation abilities.
- Analytical and commercial working methods.
- Basic knowledge of SAP and Excel.
- Good knowledge of English and the native language of the country.
At least 4-5 years of experience in retail, preferably in the beauty sector, with previous management and team leadership experience.
Completed studies or training, ideally in retail.
