Sephora Store Manager

- Ensure the achievement of the store's financial performance, including budget and target attainment.
- Coordinate commercial and organizational activities such as promotions, events, and new product launches.
- Manage the store's profit and loss statement and propose strategies to optimize costs.
- Analyze and drive key performance indicators related to customer behavior.
- Maintain optimal stock levels in accordance with replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
- Implement company procedures and commercial policies established by central departments.
- Manage and lead Sephora Specialists, fostering a positive and collaborative team spirit.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager and HR department to design internal career development programs.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
- Knowledge of key commerce KPIs and confidence in budget management and analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a complex and sizable team.
