- Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance store profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and foster a positive work environment.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development, providing ongoing feedback.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service and effective resolution of complaints.
- Maintain store standards and visual merchandising excellence, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Manage inventory levels and allocate resources effectively to optimize productivity.
- Proven experience as a retail manager in a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
- 3-5 years of management experience.

The annual base salary range for this position is $76,100.00 - $88,540.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
