1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service.
6. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Manage inventory levels and allocate resources effectively.

1. Proven experience as a retail manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience managing a high volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
3. Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
4. Excellent client management and organizational skills.
5. Flexible availability to work a retail schedule.

3-5 years of experience in managing a high volume, complex retail or hospitality environment.

The annual base salary range for this position is $77,000.00 - $98,000.00, with eligibility for bonuses.
