1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and handle client complaints.
6. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Manage inventory levels and allocate resources effectively.

1. Proven experience as a retail manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing high-volume retail or hospitality settings.

1. Strong leadership and business acumen.
2. Excellent client management and organizational skills.
3. Superior communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Ability to attract and inspire employees.

3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $77,000.00 - $105,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
