1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and handle client complaints.
6. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Manage inventory levels and allocate resources for optimal productivity.

1. Proven successful experience as a retail manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a high volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Ability to attract, identify, and inspire employees.

The annual base salary range for this position is $84,500.00 - $112,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
