Sephora Store Manager

- Lead and manage the store team to deliver an exceptional customer journey and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement store action plans to maximize sales and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide extensive coaching and training to the team to meet commercial and operational KPIs.
- Ensure effective floor management to enhance client satisfaction and experience.
- Analyze customer satisfaction and propose action plans to improve service.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to analyze results and enhance client experience.
- Drive sales targets across selective, exclusive, and Sephora Collection products.
- Ensure compliance with store operations policies and procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and report to Head Office to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Support the Area Manager with market analysis and business strategy development.
- Motivate and develop the team through coaching, feedback, and training.
- Oversee team performance assessments and manage annual leave schedules.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in store management.
- Advanced product knowledge and understanding of health and safety procedures.
- Strong digital orientation and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to manage and develop teams effectively.
- Commercial awareness and business acumen.
A minimum of 5 years in a store management role with proven success in leading teams and driving sales.
Bachelor's degree.
