1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service.
6. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.

1. Proven experience as a retail manager in a high-volume setting.
2. 3-5 years of management experience in retail or hospitality.
3. Strong leadership and business acumen.
4. Excellent client management and organizational skills.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to inspire and motivate employees.
3. Flexibility to work a retail schedule.
4. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on the sales floor.

3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $67,000.00 - $90,000.00, with potential bonuses based on performance.
