1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability.
3. Lead and motivate a team of associates to meet sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service.
6. Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
8. Manage inventory levels and allocate resources effectively.

1. Proven experience as a retail manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a high volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
3. Strong leadership and business acumen.

The annual base salary range for this position is $76,100.00 - $90,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
