- Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and handle client complaints.
- Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage inventory levels and allocate resources effectively.
- Proven successful experience as a retail manager.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing a high volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and business acumen.

The annual base salary range is $79,900 - $93,000, with potential bonuses.
