1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and handle client complaints effectively.
6. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
8. Allocate resources and manage staffing to optimize productivity.

1. Proven successful experience as a retail manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $83,700.00 - $97,375.00. The actual salary offered depends on various factors including qualifications, experience, and location. Eligible for bonuses.
