1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service.
6. Maintain store standards and compliance with company policies.
7. Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.

1. Proven experience as a retail manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a high volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

4. Ability to attract, identify, and inspire employees.

Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in retail management, particularly in high volume and complex settings.

The annual base salary range is $87,800.00 - $102,220.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
