1. Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a seamless client experience and operational efficiency.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and foster professional growth.
4. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service and engagement.
5. Maintain store standards and compliance with company policies, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
6. Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal product availability and resource allocation.

1. Proven successful experience as a retail manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience managing a high volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

4. Ability to attract, inspire, and develop talent.

3-5 years of management experience in a high-volume retail or hospitality environment.

The annual base salary range for this position is $76,100.00 - $88,540.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
