Sephora Store Manager

1. Lead and manage a team of Beauty Advisors, Studio Artists, and Department Managers to embody Sephora's values.
2. Drive a selling culture to meet key performance indicators and promote Sephora's values.
3. Enhance team performance and support the development of internal talent.
4. Utilize data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with the district manager and director of stores.
5. Foster a continuous improvement mentality within the team and collaborate with the wider team.
6. Ensure the delivery of first-class customer service in a fast-paced environment.
7. Manage day-to-day store operations, including brand events, training, and visual merchandising.
8. Develop sales and budget strategies, including profit and loss management and stock level monitoring.
9. Maintain a strong and positive store culture through feedback, career development, and recognition.
10. Monitor KPIs and assist in attracting, recruiting, and developing store talent.

1. Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience.
2. Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.
3. Strong organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
4. Hands-on leadership style with a focus on sales floor engagement.
5. Ability to attract, identify, and inspire talented employees.
6. Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
7. Flexibility to work weekends, before/after store hours, and evenings.

Minimum 5 years of retail management experience.

$82,160 Base Salary + Super + Bonus
