1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and handle client complaints.
6. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Manage inventory levels and allocate resources efficiently.

1. Proven experience as a retail manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume retail or hospitality setting.

1. Strong leadership and business acumen.
2. Excellent client management and organizational skills.
3. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Ability to inspire and motivate employees.

3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $95,800.00 - $111,500.00, with potential bonuses based on performance.
