1. Lead and inspire a team of Beauty Advisors, Studio Artists, and Department Managers to embody Sephora's values and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
2. Drive a sales-oriented culture to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and promote Sephora's brand values.
3. Enhance team performance and support talent development through coaching and feedback.
4. Utilize data analytics to inform operational decisions in collaboration with the District Manager and Director of Stores.
5. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and partnership within the team.
6. Ensure first-class customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
7. Manage day-to-day store operations, including brand events, training, and visual merchandising.
8. Develop and implement sales and budget strategies to maximize profitability.

1. Previous retail management experience in a big box retailer or multi-site environment.

Base salary plus superannuation and bonus.
