Sephora Store Manager

- Oversee store budget and business results, ensuring effective planning and distribution of targets.
- Recruit, hire, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Utilize customer satisfaction reports and in-store observations to monitor service levels and identify improvement opportunities.
- Monitor daily sales results, share outcomes with the team, and address opportunities to achieve proposed targets.
- Develop strategies to grow the business, enhance sales, and advance the customer loyalty program.
- Plan and manage team schedules effectively to ensure commercial and operational success.
- Evaluate and adjust business strategies as necessary to maintain effectiveness.
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement merit-based assessments for all team members.
- Ensure all new store employees receive proper onboarding before assuming responsibilities.
- Coordinate with the education department for brand training and continuous updates.
- Maintain Sephora's merchandising standards and ensure cleanliness and organization within the store.
- Ensure compliance with all Sephora policies and procedures, including inventory management and cash handling.
- Communicate stock issues and concerns to the Regional Manager.
- Maintain store security standards and manage the team and store operations consistently.
- Bachelor's degree required; foreign language proficiency is desirable.
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Critical analysis and logical reasoning abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Commitment to teamwork and ethical work practices.
- Result-oriented with a proactive approach.

Bachelor's degree required; foreign language proficiency is desirable.
