1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to meet sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and handle client complaints.
6. Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
8. Manage inventory levels and allocate resources effectively.

1. Proven successful experience as a retail manager.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume retail or hospitality setting.

2. Excellent client management and organizational skills.
3. Superior communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Ability to attract and inspire employees.

3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $76,100.00 - $88,540.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
