1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and handle client complaints.
6. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Manage inventory levels and allocate resources effectively.

1. Proven experience as a retail manager.
2. 3-5 years managing a high-volume retail or hospitality setting.
3. Strong leadership and business acumen.
4. Excellent client management and organizational skills.

The annual base salary ranges from $76,100 to $88,540, with potential bonuses based on performance and qualifications.
