Sephora Store Manager

- Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and handle client complaints effectively.
- Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage inventory levels and allocate resources efficiently.
- Proven successful experience as a retail manager.
- 3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Client management skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to attract, identify, and inspire employees
- Flexible availability to work a retail schedule
Minimum 10 years of experience in a managerial role within a high-volume retail or hospitality environment.
The annual base salary range for this position is $94,000.00 - $133,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
