1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to meet sales targets.
4. Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and handle client complaints effectively.
6. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Manage inventory levels and allocate resources efficiently.

1. Proven experience as a retail manager in a high-volume setting.
2. 3-5 years of management experience in retail or hospitality.
3. Strong leadership and business acumen.
4. Excellent client management and organizational skills.

The annual base salary range is $83,700.00 - $97,375.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
