Sephora Store Manager

- Lead and inspire a team of Beauty Advisors, Studio Artists, and Department Managers to embody Sephora's values.

- Manage profit and loss, monitor stock levels, and develop sales and budget strategies.
- Cultivate a positive store culture that values feedback, career development, and recognition.
- Monitor KPIs and assist in attracting, recruiting, and developing store talent.
- Previous retail management experience in a big box retailer or multi-site environment.
- Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
- Hands-on leadership style with a focus on motivating and coaching team members.
- Ability to attract, identify, and inspire talented employees.
