Sephora Store Manager

- Manage, develop, and coach Assistant Managers and employees, including conducting career and employee appraisals.
- Oversee recruitment strategies and the induction of new employees.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets, analyzing key retail figures to drive store performance.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure order and cleanliness on the sales floor.
- Create and communicate recaps and reports to internal interfaces.
- Ensure excellent customer service and evaluate customer feedback to improve service.
- Coordinate staff schedules and deployment plans.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure proper opening and closing of the store.
- Participate in retail projects and foster relationships with partners.
- Completed studies or training, ideally in retail.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in retail, preferably in the beauty sector.
- Previous management and team leadership experience with an empathetic management style.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Customer-focused and business-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and delegation skills.
- Analytical and commercial working methods.
- Basic knowledge of SAP and Excel.
- Proficiency in English and native language of the country.
Minimum of 3 years in retail management, preferably within the beauty sector.
